I. Executive Summary

The recent Eaton Fire has devastated Altadena, California, destroying approximately 4,000 of the town's 15,000 homes.

In response to this disaster, the 4F Foundation, Inc. (Financial Freedom For Felons) proposes the "Rebuild Altadena Initiative," a comprehensive program aimed at training and employing formerly incarcerated individuals in various construction trades to aid in the town's reconstruction efforts.
