Description:
These retreats focus on improving participants' physical and mental well-being. Activities include yoga and meditation sessions to reduce stress and promote mindfulness, group fitness challenges tailored to different skill levels, and educational workshops on nutrition and healthy living. Licensed counselors and therapists are available for group discussions on managing stress, overcoming trauma, and building resilience. Recreational activities like hiking or swimming encourage participants to connect with nature and each other in a healthy, supportive environment.


Goal: Promote holistic health and wellness while teaching participants techniques to manage stress, stay physically active, and maintain a balanced lifestyle.


Logistics: Retreats are held twice a year at local parks, recreation centers, or affordable wellness facilities. Meals, fitness equipment, and transportation are included.
